Shipping Method

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address with proper landmarks to avoid any delivery issues.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

Shipping Charges

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframe

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India only. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India.
